We have two spaces that may be rented, either together or separately:

(1  Our Black Box Theater on the first floor.

(2  Our Main Stage Theater on the second floor.

 Basic description of Black Box Space:  (CLICK FOR GROUNDPLAN) This space is adaptable
to business meetings, sales events, parties, weddings, classes, and small theater events.  Maximum capacity  is 80.


Dimensions:  approximately 36x36, height floor to ceiling-approximately 12'

Two steel support columns, each 4" square, approximately 15 feet apart, are part of  the room. Space contains its own restroom and shower facility, a dressing room with refrigerator and microwave, plus running water. There are 6- 120 electric outlets on the walls, plus 1- 60 amp connector outlet which we use for our small dimmer system in the room. 

The Black Box has its own dimmer system. Jumper cables and  8 par 56 instruments provided on 3 lighting pipes, two room length on opposite sides of the room with the third mounted between the two steel columns. Heated and Air-Conditioned. Equipped with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and an alarm system.

For both spaces, we have set props--chairs, tables, etc. We can provide up to 50 chairs for meetings or events.

The rent for this space is negotiable depending on your project and length of time needed. Normally we rent the space for $200.00 per day, plus cost of electricity.

Lobby and Concession areas may be added at a nominal extra fee. There are public restrooms for men and women in the concession area.

MAIN STAGE Space: (Click for Ground Plan)

Basic Description of Main Stage space: This space is adaptable to larger business meetings, community activities, musical and theatre events, larger parties, lectures, weddings, and classes.  The Maximum capacity is 125.  Permanent seating is for 99.

Dimensions of total space: approximately 40 x 90.

Dimensions of Stage Area:  approximately 22'X 27'. Height: Approximately 20' deck to ceiling; 19' deck to grid. The stage is raised 1/2 inch above surrounding deck area and is a thrust stage (audience sits on 3 sides of stage).

Dimensions of Stage + deck area adjacent to stage(flat,open): approximately 30 X 30, no columns or obstructions.

Our stage is a thrust stage with seating on three sides: side areas seat 17 stage left and right of stage on floor-level and raised platforms. The largest seating area is in front of the stage: approximately 36 X 30; stadium style with theater seats. This area includes a storage area, our lighting and sound control booth, and our dimmer pac space (rear of the seating area.) Our lighting control board is programmable. The main stage area is equipped with house lights, a stage lighting grid, 48 dimmer circuits, both ellipsoidal spots and Par 64s, etc, lighting jumpers, and a sound system (used mostly for stage sound effects and small musical ensembles for plays.) There are two 120 outlets on opposite walls of the space. Equipped with heat and smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and an alarm system.

Backstage area dimensions: 40'x 25'.

This area is the remains of the old proscenium stage area. It is taken up with two elevator shafts-one non-functioning and one functioning elevator; scene shop machinery, lumber, platform and tool, flats, and ladder storage. the elevator is a passenger size, hold up to 2000 lbs, and is used primarily to get handicapped patrons to our second floor. It may be used to bring equipment to the second floor. There are several 120 outlets on the rear wall of the backstage area, plus outlets attached to the old proscenium arch (the original space was divided into two rooms, which leaves the top 1/2 of the old proscenium visible; the remaining opening is about 5 1/2'-6' high. There is a props loft above the old stage space. There is a rear exit which leads to our parking lot from the props loft.

The entire second floor, which amounts to two open stories because of height, is heated and air-conditioned.

There are no rest room facilities on the second floor. All are on the first floor (Men's and Lady's separate facilities, plus restroom and shower in the Black Box.)

The rent for this space is negotiable depending on your project and length of time needed. Normally we rent the space for $500.00 per day, plus cost of electricity and technician if needed.

Lobby and Concession areas (1st floor) may be added at a nominal extra fee. There are public restrooms for men and women in the concession area.
