Ms. Tame starred as Catherine in 2009′s acclaimed production of PROOF.   In 2008, she was Laura in Tennessee Williams’ THE GLASS MENAGERIE,  played Donna in the New Plays Readings Series presentation of the new comedy, ENGAGEMENT RULES, and portrayed the Ghost of Christmas Past, Mrs.Cratchit and others in 2008′s A CHRISTMAS CAROL marking her third season in the Dickens classic at Tri-State. She has worked extensively with the company  playing Olivia in TWELFTH NIGHT, Stella in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and of course, A CHRISTMAS CAROL.  She has performed in several staged readings for the New Plays Reading Series at Tri-State including HANDICAPPING by James McLindon and GEOGRAPHY by Anne Phelan. Recent credits include Elma in BUS STOP at the Hampton Theatre Company and Agnes in SCHOOL FOR WIVES at Centenary Stage Company. Miss Tame also participated in The International Emmy World Television Festival in New York City where she was directed by John Wooten, playing the role of Maggie in Felicity Carpenter’s award winning script: TOUCHING PEOPLE.   Other New York credits include the world premiere of MYTH at Columbia University and numerous showcases at Gotham Comedy Club and Theater 22.  Favorite theater productions include HAMLET, RHINOCEROS, and THE ILLUSION. Television credits include roles on The History Channel, Fuse TV, as well as commercials for Blue Moon Studios.

Douglas originates from Texas. He joins Tri-State for the first time in the NEW PLAYS READING SERIES� THE COLOSSUS of RHODES.  He recently finished performing George in  OF MICE AND MEN (dir. Pat Diamond) at Urban Stages in New York, also performing both Lee and Austin in TRUE WEST (dir. by Tim Phillips) here in New York at the Irish Arts Center and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in Scotland where it received a 4 and 5 star review from the fringe. Other credits: THE RING (dir. by Stephen Jobes), EDWARD ALBEE�S WORKSHOP (dir. Edward Albee),  The New York Shakespeare Project, Abingdon Theater, The Drilling Company, Looking Glass Theater, Naked Angles, Trilogy Theater, THE ROPE BY PLAUTUS (The Strand Theater), THE LOST COLONY ( Wayside Theater N.C. dir. Fred Chappell) New York�s Fringe Festival, New York�s Strawberry Festival (Finalist). Feature films: A BEAUTIFUL MIND, IMMIGRATION at HBO Latin Films Festival, HELP WANTED (voted Cinequest Online Viewers Choice award for 2005) and recently finished filming THE BETTER BORN (dir. by Robert Lopuski). TV: LAW & ORDER, GUIDING LIGHT, ALL MY CHILDREN,PBS, Nickelodeon. Mr. Taurel is a member of Actors Equity Association.

Paul Tracy

Paul played Lord Montague in ROMEO & JULIET  in his first appearance with Tri-State.  He returned to the Tri-State stage as Jameson in THE PASSION OF DRACULA, and serves as the treasurer of Tri-State’s board of directdors. Mr. Tracy is a veteran of the theater having worked on stage and behind the scenes for 60 years, from off-Broadway to various stages in New Jersey. He started out watching his theatrical family, spent summers in “stock” and several summers at the Seton Hall Rep company under the direction of Gil Rathbun. Paul’s favorite role was Erronius in the Cornerstone Playhouse production of A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM. He has since appeared in the same role in the SCCC production of FORUM and was featured in the SCCC production of THE PRODUCERS.
